When will my order be delivered?
Netherlands & Belgium: Delivery within 1–2 business days. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
International: Delivery within 3 business days. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Are shipping costs charged?
Netherlands: €4.95 shipping costs for orders under €50.

Belgium: €6.95 shipping costs for orders under €50.

What are the return and exchange conditions?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken.
If the seal is broken, the order is final and cannot be returned.
If you use your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after cancellation to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product are at your own expense (approximately €7.25 per parcel).
Please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates. The product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
Contact us via info@jaghead.nl or register your return via your account. We will refund the amount within 14 days after registration, provided the product has been received in good condition.
What is the return procedure?
Return your parcel within 14 days after receipt at the nearest PostNL service point.
Once we receive the return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The purchase amount will be refunded to the same account used for payment. Please note: it may take up to 14 days before the amount is visible in your account.
Can I exchange my order?
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order.
Return the unwanted item using our standard return procedure.
What should I do if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you can return it.
Indicate on the return form that it concerns an incorrect delivery or damaged product.
