Webshop software – Shopify

Our webshop is developed using Shopify software. Personal data provided to us is shared with Shopify for technical purposes.

Email and mailing lists

Our website uses Mailblue for handling email traffic and newsletters. Automated emails are sent via Mailblue servers.

Mailblue only uses your data to provide this service. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Your data is securely stored.

For regular business email we use Gmail. Gmail has appropriate security measures in place and has no access to our inbox.

Payments – Worldline

For payment processing we use Worldline. Worldline processes your name, address, location and payment details.

Worldline has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and does not retain it longer than legally permitted.

Reviews – WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via WebwinkelKeur. When leaving a review you must provide a name and email address, which are only used to link the review to your order.

WebwinkelKeur has implemented appropriate security measures and may engage third parties for service delivery.

Shipping and logistics

For order delivery we use PostNL. We share your name and address details solely for delivery purposes.

Data retention

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Invoice data is stored as long as legally required.
