Something can always go wrong unexpectedly. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by sending an email to info@jaghead.nl.

Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform can be found at ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.

Warranty

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, it may occasionally happen that an order gets damaged during transport or that another issue arises which allows you to make a warranty claim.

Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover a defect in the product or reasonably should have discovered it, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is at least two months, although a longer period may be acceptable under certain circumstances.

If you contact us in time, we will ensure free repair or replacement of the product.
